How to return a package ( From European Union Countries )

• If you have ordered your product with express please use DHL proforma that you will find in your package to return the product. The shipping cost is on buyer!.
• If you have ordered with post office please send back with the post office, the shipping cost is on buyer! Also before sending back please contact us.

When you send back the package to us, its necessary to send us with mail the tracking number so we can track the package you return! 
 

How to return a package ( From Countries Outside Of  European Union  )

• Please return the package using your country’s post office, the shipping cost in on buyer. The return address is Greece, Kastoria 52100, Kyknon and Neftonos, EFD PAPADOPOULOS FURS.

You can cancel any order before shipment, the cancelation fee is 3.5%.
